There are only three things you need to do this:

Instructions:
Load ImgBurn and choose “write image file to disc”
Click on source and browse for your backup. Then click on its *.dvd file, do not click on the *.iso
Make sure your DVDRW drive is selected in the destination box
Untick test mode and untick verify
Change write speed to 2.4x
Click the burn icon
